What will it take to get us off our couches?

It appears as though we little people are content to go back to the days when kings and royalty ruled our lives. They don’t call themselves kings or princes. Today they are governors and mayors, members of congress and the judiciary. They fill the offices at the Department of Justice the FBI and countless universities and bureaucracies. Too many of the people in these positions have egos that dwarf their vastly overrated intellects. Nevertheless they are convinced that we are not capable of making even insignificant decisions for ourselves. They are sure we would drown in our own sweat were it not for them. It seems that no matter how many ridiculous edicts they issue, or how demeaning the edicts are, we continue to take it like the helpless serfs they take us for. It seems like the royalty is engaged in an exercise to test the limits of our patience. Let’s take a quick look at current happenings that haven’t moved us to action. They are not listed in any particular order.

We were recently apprised by the Los Angeles District Attorney of the laws that he will no longer prosecute. The D.A. is charged with prosecuting criminals so as to keep the people who pay his wages safe. He has no authority to decide which laws to prosecute. The list of crimes he will not prosecute is too long to print here. Possession of drugs, and resisting arrest, are a couple that jump out at me. You can imagine the response from the union representing the LAPD. Law enforcement officer’s jobs got more dangerous the minute criminals heard they wouldn’t be prosecuted if they fought with them. If this was a one-off in L.A. you could say oh well, that’s California. Unfortunately the same basic message has been delivered to citizens in Boston, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Dallas, and San Francisco. I probably missed a couple. Soon, coming to a city near you. They say that the changes they announced will reduce the amount of crime committed in their cities. We serfs know this is insane. We know that crime will skyrocket! Yet the citizens of these cities have yet to demand that their D.A.s do the job they were elected to do. The one thing that is sure to happen is that it will reduce the rate of recidivism! By definition you can’t go back to jail if you haven’t been there.

This week King County in Washington State is rolling out a new program aimed at reducing the number of prosecutions of first time felons. The plan will create the nation’s first victims restitution fund completely funded with taxpayers money. The royalty believes this will work. We vassals recognize the insanity of forcing victims to fund their own restitution! When there are no consequences for bad behavior, bad behavior will increase. Criminals gained a new voice in each of the examples listed above. We vassals, and our friends in law enforcement, got crushed. So far no significant push back.

Now I want to talk about the most obvious abuse of power. From coast to coast we pawns are told that we can’t get our hair cut. Yet Queen Pelosi asks her hair salon to open for her. She gets her hair done, without a mask. We are told we can’t eat dinner inside at a restaurant. Then King Newsom is seen eating inside with a dozen or so friends, not six feet apart, with no mask. We are told to stay home during the holidays by Prince Adler, the mayor of Austin. Problem is he taped his message from his condo in Mexico! It is nice to see that Californians are getting off the couch and circulating a recall petition for Newsom. The question is why aren’t Americans all over the country doing the same for their local royalty?

The last issue I’ll discuss is the absurd lockdowns we are being forced to endure. Small business owners are being crushed and bankrupted. Millions of people are out of work. Some forced to visit food banks for the first time. Restaurants have been so violently jerked around by the elites that the majority of them in some states will never reopen. Restaurant owners have been told to open and close numerous times with occupancy rates from 25% and up in some states. They were told to invest in expensive air purification equipment and plexiglass partitions. They spent tens of thousands of dollars to make the changes only to be told they had to close again. The dreams and life savings of millions of Americans have been sacrificed by people who live in a protective bubble. They are insulated from the misery of their constituents. They are all getting a paycheck. Their retirement and health care plans are being funded. They have no clue, nor do they care, how much pain they are causing their citizens. They say they follow the science. Keeping our children out of school is the exact opposite of following the science. Every study done anywhere returns data that says our kids should be in school. The President of the CDC said last week that the safest place in the country for our kids is in school. Keeping our kids out of school is a form of child abuse. We won’t know the damage this decision has caused for years. I could fully support lockdowns if there was evidence they worked. That evidence simply doesn’t exist. Americans are going to have to lock arms and demand an end to this bullying. Until we say enough is enough there is no reason for us to expect this tyranny to end.

I don’t know what it will take for freedom loving Americans to start pushing back in a meaningful way. Frankly I’m shocked we aren’t there now.
