If you were born before the 1980s you probably know who Joe Isuzu is. If not, you should look him up. Briefly, Joe made his living by exaggerating, prevaricating, hyperbole, and downright lies. It is just plain sad if you don’t know who Barney Fife is. Briefly, Barney was famous for continuously making indefensibly bad decisions as the Deputy Sheriff of Mayberry on the Andy Griffith Show. No offense to the current leaders(?) of the Democrat Party, but it would be a step up if Isuzu and Fife were at the helm.

The leaders of the Democrat Party continue to confound American citizens with their complete disregard for constituents. They seem to enjoy wearing hypocrisy like a crown. In the past, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi and then Senator Joe Biden have been proponents of tariffs. They articulately made the case for protecting domestic manufacturing and those middle-class American workers who punched a clock. Today, they are against the tariffs necessary to protect what manufacturing jobs still exist. The only difference is that today, our foreign “friends” are even deeper in our pockets, and the tariffs have been proposed by Republican Donald Trump.

Presidents Obama and Clinton, and then Senator Biden spoke eloquently about the dangers of allowing unchecked numbers of illegal immigrants to enter our country. They warned of impending trouble if the borders weren’t secured. Yet, Obama and Clinton remained silent over the last 4 years as President Biden encouraged illegals to go under, around, and even flew hundreds of thousands of them over our southern border. Twelve million, more or less, unvetted people illegally came into our country. President Biden faced the cameras, when he could figure out where the cameras were positioned, and insisted the border was secure. Every Democrat, when asked, agreed. In the irony of ironies, the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, insisted the border was secure. All of these people could be forgiven had they simply been mistaken. They weren’t mistaken. They were lying to the American people. There is a difference. Joe Isuzu would be proud.

In yet another irony, the previous administration allowed unvetted illegals to enter our country during the COVID pandemic. At the same time, citizens were forced to stay home, with schools, churches, businesses, nursing homes, etc., shuttered. We were forced to wear ineffective masks, stay a random six feet apart, test for COVID, and take experimental vaccine shots to avoid becoming “superspreaders”. Inquiring minds might have asked, can’t illegals being flown and bussed en masse to our cities be superspreaders? Now, as Trump is deporting criminal illegal immigrants, Dems. are demanding they receive due process before being deported. These Party hacks didn’t care for a minute that we didn’t know who was entering our country illegally. Now they are demanding that we damn sure know who they are before we deport them. Go figure!

When candidate Trump came out in favor of not taxing the tips of service workers, Dems. were furious. But when V.P. Harris annexed the idea, her Party stood in unison and cheered her as if the idea was her own. (Any original idea emanating from her mind would have been her first). Now that Trump has included it in his new tax bill, not a single Dem. voted for it. They don’t care whether a pending bill will make life better for Americans. They are full blown obstructionists. If a bill is proposed by Republicans, especially if supported by Trump, they automatically vote NO.

Another hypocrisy surrounds the Dems. position on guns. They want guns banned. To make their case, and to pull on our heart strings, they report that 4.357 children died from gunshots in 2020. They ask, might one of these children eventually found a cure for cancer? We’ll never know they lament. These are the same people who, after marching in the morning to take away our guns, go home and pick up their signs demanding, My body my choice in the afternoon. Abortion is a right, they rage. To these hypocrites I ask the same question. In 2020, there were 930,000 abortions performed in the U.S. That is 77,500 children killed in the womb, EVERY MONTH! Aren’t the odds significantly greater that one of 930,000 children would have found a cure for cancer than the 4,357 killed by guns? It is clear that Dems. don’t care THAT children are killed. They only care about HOW they are killed.

Democracy is on the ballot they screamed prior to the 2024 presidential election. We are the Party who will save it. They made this ridiculous claim while removing a sitting President. A President who had already won the primaries necessary to represent his Party in the 2024 election. To further protect our Democracy, Dems. replaced him, sans referendum, with a candidate who had never received a single primary vote! The People, including many Dems., didn’t like V.P. Harris. In a decision that reeks with Democracy, the self-proclaimed saviors of our Democracy said, the people be damned. Harris it is.

In the name of saving our Democracy they impeached Trump. They did so because they had control of the House of Representatives, which meant they could. Remember that impeachment only requires approval of the majority of members in the House. Whether there is actual guilt doesn’t matter. They sued to remove Trump, ala Venezuela, from ballots in many states. They brought ridiculous lawsuits against him. They manipulated the press/media, and social media. They provided IDs and Social Security Numbers to noncitizens making it easier for them to cast illegal ballots. They sidestepped, manipulated, or ignored, long standing state voting laws. All of this was done to save our Democracy?

I have yet to hear a single Dem. leader come out against the violence being perpetrated against Tesla dealerships, and Tesla autos. They find themselves in a nearly untenable situation. They are apparently fine with the damage being done to dealerships. But it is Dems. who own the majority of Tesla’s on the road. In a world where right is right, it wouldn’t matter. All political leaders would strongly condemn all forms of violence. Their silence suggests they support violence if it might lead them to their ultimate goal of getting rid of Elon Musk and his waste and fraud finding team. Preferably before they can implicate anyone on the Left.

It is illuminating how the Progressives continue to line up on the side of criminal illegal aliens, and supporters of terrorists. That they do so at the peril of their citizen constituents is nothing short of breathtaking. The most recent incident involves Senator Chris Van Hollen from Maryland. His actions are jaw dropping to the point of being unbelievable. Earlier this year an illegal alien was found guilty of murdering Rachel Morin, a mother of 5 and a Maryland citizen. The Senator made no contact with the family following her murder. Then, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a non-U.S. citizen, and member of the murderous MS-13 gang was rounded up and deported to his native El Salvador. Senator Van Hollen decided it was high time he get involved. His histrionics put those of fellow Dem. Senator Cory Booker to shame. He stood in front of cameras and vowed to put this injustice to rest. He said he would fly to El Salvador to return the criminal alien home. He filmed comments while on the plane and again from the vehicle he was riding in on the way to the prison. Apparently, the Senator didn’t have the sway in El Salvador he thought he had. El Salvador’s President Bukele referred Van Hollen to the V.P. who refused to allow Van Hollen to visit, or speak to, the prisoner. First of all, it is mind numbing to think that a U.S. Senator could be so bereft of values as to think this was any of his business. He was clearly more worried about the criminal than protecting his citizens. When he arrived back in El Salvador, Garcia WAS home. He had had his day in court in the U.S. In fact, multiple days. The courts refused his request for asylum. His arrest record proves he is no paragon of virtue. To know he will not return anytime soon to terrorize Americans is comforting.

After following the actions of Progressive Left Democrats over the last 4 years, one is left with but 2 logical conclusions. They have either lost control of their moral compass’, or they hate the USA.
